Inspiration...

In today’s fast life we really look out for some inspirations to get going. We have faced both high and low in our personnel or professional life. Some uncomfortable events or bad situation make us think that why it happened to me…What wrong I have done for facing such tough consequences in life.

That is the time when we search for something which can really inspire you and give you the mental strength to move on with a smile. I am sure every one of us is not fortunate enough that we haven’t gone through such situation. It happens to everyone from successful businessman, movie star, sportsperson to politicians…So how did they face those low moments of life…The lesson I learnt from their autobiographies or from their letters that nobody understand the meaning of success if they haven’t gone through any failure in life…These failures makes a individual strong enough to handle any kind of odd situations in life to grow as an human being. It build the resilience of your strong character…makes you confident individual on whom anyone can depend on….

But is it really so easy for each of us to handle such pressure or odd failures in life...The answer is NO…But here I think the inspiration comes to play…The inspiration can come from anything and everything around us…It may come from nature...from any book…from any movie…from some good music…or may be from any person…

We are very shy to handle such tough problems of life by own…we always look out for some support from others…That is where the problem magnifies…We need to understand that it is our life and we should be responsible for whatever good or bad decision we have taken in our life…The results are end product of those decisions only…So we need to be brave enough to think this in our mind…We cannot pass on the burden of our bad decisions to others and think my world is come to an end…It is not so and never be…When you are climbing a mountain you will start the journey we gr8 enthusiasm but after a time interval you will find it hard to climb up. You will start giving excuses or curse the nature for all the odds and difficulties… But if you ignore and keep the tempo to get going towards the destination then you surely reach the desired goal one day...It may longer time then others but the end result will be always sweet…You have faced those hardships to gain some success in life that you will remember…
It is not too hard to get inspired from surroundings that kicks to continue the journey called life…You all are surrounded by gr8 individuals or events that will easily inspired you…May be it is our own parents…your neighbors…your office colleague or your college buddy…may be some good movie like Tare zammen pe…or Life is Beautiful…

I am sure you can find one of such inspiration in yourself too…In your own life you have also overcome such unfavorable circumstances…and rite now you are standing in front of you as a successful individual in your own capacity…Isn’t it gr8…Lets others also get inspired by your own life….

Happy reading…..

Always cherish friendship in life……

From our kindergarten days when we start our little world of social activates we always look out for some good friends. With whom we play games, share Tiffin and sometimes fight for little things. We are unaware of the facts that we are building the most treasured relationships on those formative years of our lives. We develop some of the key attributes of our identity from that time onwards. It is quite unlikely that those close good buddies will remain connected in your professional days too. But thanks to today’s social networking innovation few days back I got one friends request one of best school buddies in Face-book who is doing his masters from some UK university. It was more than 23 years we are not in touch before I got the friend's request isn’t it surprising to you all.

I am blessed in this domain as during my boarding days in R. K. Mission I got around number of good friends with whom we shared 24 hours. We enjoyed the study hours, games competitions, foods, festivals and many more activates. Those seven years are golden period of my life. Our batch was constituted by hundred brilliant individuals. Each one of them have some special quality may be they come from north-east or may be from different caste or religion but we stay at those boarding Dhams as brothers. Still now few of us are still connected and try to catch up in the puja days together to pass some quality time.

In my technical educations for four years I encountered few really awesome individuals. Some of them came from really lower middle class family with lots of pressure to secure one good job after completion of four years engineering studies. Their commitment and hard work really inspired me in life. Those tense moments before semester exams, inter stream cricket matches, college feast, college beauties J class bunking, class boycotts before final year placements…Really those are very event-full days. We formed one small same minded buddy group names as “BHAI –TEAM”. We enjoyed our outing to Digha and Sankarpur by Sumit’s new Car. It was phase when we started to move from boys to manly zone. Our first smoke and booze are really thrilling experience. Some of my friends have their first crush….few of them were successful but some of them were heart broken….Now I really feel for them..:-)

Few of my peers told me that in professional space every friend is a competitor. You will not find good friends in the corporate world. But I want to say that they were wrong. May be the number is less if you compare that with school and college days but still I got some gr8 friends here too. Some of them are in different companies or may be some other country with their family but still whenever we get chance we interact with each other and with the gr8 invention of social networking sites we can share pictures, videos and keep in touch every moment.

In today’s fast life if you take some time out and think about those golden childish days it will give immense pleasure. Some will contradict with my view and tell that no one have that much time after long working hours and keeping those long list of family commitment ‘FRIENDS’ word is out of life now. May be I am from old school book thinking individual who still believe friendship is one of the best relationship of our entire life. Their may be some rough moments or misunderstanding or ego clash between us but after all we are friends those who shared our dresses, meals, sunglasses, t-shirts, feelings, music, ideas, notes, good and bad news that happened  during our small but quality association. I want to thank all my friends for their important contribution in my life. I learnt a lot from each of you all and like to thank you all.

Wish you all rocking 2011!!!!!
